President and Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Caswell

Bruce Caswell assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Maximus on April 1, 2018, and has served as President since October 2014. Bruce has held several senior leadership roles overseeing all segments of the Company’s business since joining Maximus in 2004.

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

David Mutryn

David Mutryn joined Maximus in 2016 as Corporate Controller and transitioned to Senior Vice President of Finance in 2020. He assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer effective December 1, 2021. Prior to Maximus, David was VP of Finance at CSRA, Inc. and held numerous financial leadership positions at SRA International, Inc.

Michelle Link is responsible for leading the global Human Resources organization – including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Solutions, Organizational Development, HR Information Systems, Total Rewards, and Change Management. Michelle is an accomplished human resources executive with over 25 years of experience in national and international organizations across healthcare, call center, and government contracts.

Praveena Bhimavarapu

Praveena Bhimavarapu is a global technology leader with more than two decades of experience managing technology portfolios and leading complex IT transformation/modernization programs for large multinational corporations. As an integral part of the Office of the CDIO leadership team, Praveena is the Country Head of the Global Capability Center in India and is responsible for executing the technology delivery and business strategy for the firm.
